In our commitment to continuous improvement in our manufacturing capabilities, we are very excited to announce the installation of an 8 colour printing press. The press will increase our capacity for printing, thereby reducing our lead times for faster turn around of orders. The additional ability to print 8 colours will give our customers greater opportunities with regard to pack design.
Many of our customers typically require smaller runs of multiple SKU’s and the press allows for quick changeovers; making the smaller runs more cost effective.
The press also has the ability to print 4 colours on 2 sides of film in register, expanding on our capability to manufacture an even larger product range.
Our current 6 colour press is being retained to handle wider film requirements, and with a recent upgrade and the addition of new aniloxes to this press we are capable of producing great quality process work. Our team of very experienced printers adds to the high quality of print that we deliver to our customers.
